Physician: General Surgery Opening in Northern Maine | JOB-2395822

Job Description:
An established medical center in Maine is planning to hire an additional general surgeon.
The facility requires assistance with the high demand from the community.
You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1:2 call.
You will be supported by and another general surgeon.
The incoming physician must be able to do endoscopies and C-sections.
The facility is accepting candidates who are board certified.
You will need an ME license.
If you do not currently hold a license in Maine, CompHealth can help you obtain one.

For this hospital-employed position, you will receive a competitive compensation package, wRVU incentives, a call stipend, medical benefits, and 25 days of vacation.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
